About Us

Colonial View Apartments, in Sun Prairie, WI, is far more than bricks and walls. It’s home for people who enjoy their independence, but are also willing to lend a hand to help their neighbors. We're dedicated to providing affordable, clean, attractive, and safe housing for low-income elderly 62 years of age and older and/or persons younger than 62 with a qualifying mobility impairment who can live independently. We strive to maintain an environment where every resident feels welcome, and where there is a positive atmosphere. We encourage each resident to act with thoughtfulness toward other residents, respecting their privacy and property.
